PI（3）P 质量数 ELISA 试剂盒是一种 96 孔竞争性 ELISA 试剂盒，可通过定量细胞中发现的 PI（3）P 量来确定 PI3-K 活性。遵循非放射性脂质提取方案后，从数百万个细胞中获得的PI（3）P样品在竞争性ELISA上检测。

将细胞PI（3）P样品与PI（3）P检测器蛋白混合并孵育，然后加入PI（3）P包被的微孔板中进行竞争性结合。过氧化物酶连接的二级检测器和比色检测用于检测PI（3）P蛋白与板的结合。该测定对 1.0 pmol（3）P 敏感。比色信号与获得的PI（3）P量成反比。
